Receptionist, Elystan Street

Elystan Street is a one Michelin starred restaurant by Phil Howard and Rebecca Mascarenhas. We are looking for a motivated, focused and  full of energy individual who will slot perfectly into our team. This is a full time position. The restaurant operates 7 days a week closing for dinner on Sunday evenings.

As receptionist you will be required to take calls and respond to emails throughout the day taking bookings for our restaurant as well as the private dining room.  During service you will greet guests on arrival, the face of Elystan street, take coats and seat them with menus.   A warm greeting is key in this role so a welcoming and nurturing personality is all we ask, the rest can be trained although previous hospitality reception experience is preferred.
