Front of House Team Member, Arcade Food Hall - JKS Restaurants

Arcade Food Hall is a fun, vibrant, authentic destination that features eight new kitchens, an independent restaurant on the mezzanine level, a counter dining experiences as well as a standalone bar and outdoor dining. This is the first venue to champion JKS Restaurants’ philosophy of exciting industry talent and the creation of multiple unique food and drink concepts under one roof.

Cuisines will travel around the world exploring regional Southeast Asian street food, Spanish tapas, Japanese sushi, North Indian fast food, Middle Eastern shawarma, and American-style burgers. There will also be a daily provisions counter serving coffee, lunchtime sandwiches and pastries, and a sensual and luxurious dessert experience from the UK’s most exciting confectionery connoisseurs.

The Position

As a Front of House Team Member, you be responsible for providing a warm and genuine welcome to our guests, delivering an exceptional standard of service and memorable customer experience, and you will continually lead and inspire the front of house team to do the same.

If you have the following, then we want to hear from you:

Prior experience as a Runner, Commis Waiter or Waiter/Waitress within a fast paced quality, restaurant;
Eagerness to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in;
A creative approach with impeccable attention to detail;
Passion for about food and hospitality, along with the eagerness to continually learn;
The desire to develop your career within an ambitious and trend-setting restaurant group;
