Assistant Restaurant Manager, Mr Ji

Mr Ji is looking for an assistant restaurant manager for the opening of our second site in Camden. Successful candidates must have restaurant experience at a similar level and be confident in leading busy services.

If you are obsessed with standards, passionate about hospitality and have an eye for detail, then this is a great opportunity to be part of a small team in the heart of Camden. We are a buzzy, fast paced atmosphere serving small plates, cocktails and wine with pumping beats.

Your primary role will be assisting the Restaurant Manager with the FOH operations and day to day running of the business.

Managing services
Health and safety management, ensuring high standards
Provide an amazing experience to our customers
Have excellent organisational skills
Have initiative, bring new and creative ideas
Be able to work as part of a team, delivering consistent customer service with attention to detail, even when under pressure
Assisting in staff training and retaining
Exceptional communication skills with a positive attitude
