Assistant General Manager, Elliot's Borough Market

Elliot’s at London’s famous Borough Market is looking for a dynamic Assistant General Manager to work along side a General Manager, to be involved in developing both the team and wine list!

We have an ever-changing natural wine list which is served alongside seasonal dishes.

Elliot’s was one of the first restaurants in London to stock exclusively natural wines. We’re an independent family minded business with a supportive work environment. Several of our past employees have used their experience from Elliot’s as a launchpad to run their own highly successful wine businesses.

This is the perfect opportunity to develop your knowledge in natural wine (and taste some bangers on the way!)

The ideal candidate would have the following attributes:

• Previous experience in a similar position. Management or Sommelier experience is both considered
• A background in wine with a passion for natural wine
• The ability to lead a service and generate a positive atmosphere
• An interest in training staff
