July is a new and exciting all day offer in Fitzrovia that includes a bakery and a 40 cover wine bar which is inspired by the food and wines of Alsace. The menu will be produce-orientated & generous, whilst maintaining a limited waste approach. Low intervention wines from curated producers will stand alongside an innovative selection of grape-based alcoholic & non-alcoholic cocktails.
ABOUT YOU
July is looking for a personable Restaurant Manager who is experienced & passionate about offering incredible service. You lead by example, supporting the team to success by being collaborative, kind, calm & fair.
You will have excellent wine knowledge with an emphasis on low intervention & natural wines.
Working closely with the head chef & founders you will be responsible for all aspects of July ensuring consistent delivery of high quality service, wine & food.
Operationally you will be experienced with:
– Recruitment, training and developing a team
– Nurturing a positive work environment
– Establishing and maintaining beneficial supplier relationships
– Rostering, payroll and staff management
– Oversee FOH & BOH compliance, maintenance & daily procedures
