Dorian
Dorian is a locals bistro with big ambitions. We’re a busy, energetic restaurant aimed at locals of the Notting Hill area, while also attracting a far-reaching range of high-profile clientele. While we strive to create unforgettable experiences for our guests, we lean away from traditional fine dining in favour of an intimate and laid-back atmosphere.
We are proud to work with some of the world’s best producers in all categories, taking a no-compromise approach to everything we do. Michelin star food, a world-class wine list and an excellent cocktail programme which is continuously building strength. Collaboration between departments is also frequent and encouraged.
We have multiple expansion projects planned over the next year, so there is ample opportunity to grow into leadership positions within the beverage programme, and to have your creative input in on all levels.

A love for all things food, drink & hospitality
At least 2 years experience in a high-end restaurant or bar
Expert knowledge of classic cocktails, cocktail preparation and spirits
A solid understanding of wine.
