Sous Chef, Lantana
Lantana is an Australian style casual dining restaurant in central London with 3 restaurants, a café and a contract catering business.
We are looking for an ambitious, career focussed Sous Chef for our Fitzrovia site; a 30 seater restaurant open 7 days a week for breakfast and lunch – no nights or doubles! This is a great opportunity for an experienced CDP wanting to step into their first Sous role.
Depending on experience the position comes with a package of up to £30,000 per annum.
You will be working up to 47.5 hours (any overtime is paid) with a fantastic team who take great pride in making everything on site, working with great suppliers and consistently delivering excellent quality dishes.
