    About the role:

    You will be responsible for the planning of all events in the hotel from the contract stage to billing and the event itself, working alongside the sales and F&B teams. As the main point of contact, you will keep both the client and operations team fully informed/briefed at all times; pre, during and post event, ensuring the event runs seamlessly on the day and that all feedback after the event is communicated and followed-up.

    We are a boutique hotel with small events space -The Muse, The Terrace, The Snug and our bar which can be exclusively hired. For any event no matter how small, we pride ourselves on the quality of our service and your service must reflect this promise to our guests.

     

    About You:

    ·Previous events planning/coordination experience within a luxury hotel or events company desirable. 

    ·Fluent written and spoken English

    ·Extremely organised and able to multi task
