About the role:

We have a new opportunity for an experienced Events Executive to join our fantastic Sales Team.

 

You will be solely responsible for the planning of all events in the hotel from the contract stage to billing. As the main point of contact, you will keep both the client and operations team fully informed/briefed at all times.

You will also generate and receive enquiries for private events and small meetings and show prospective clients the meeting/event spaces.

We are a boutique hotel with small events space -The Muse, The Terrace, The Snug and our bar which can be exclusively hired. For any event no matter how small, we pride ourselves on the quality of our service and your service should reflect this promise to our guests.

About you:

To be considered for this role you must be flexible, able to multitask and a great team player.

We are seeking down to earth, genuinely friendly and well-presented people who can add value yet fun to the operation. You will be a personable, energetic character with a positive can-do attitude, an eye for detail and the skills to perform this role.

You will be self-sufficient, proactive and driven to succeed with excellent communication and presentation skills. You will have proven ability in a proactive/reactive sales role within 4 and 5 star hotels and with experience in the London market.
