We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Finance Assistant (Accounts Payable, General Cashier, Income Auditor) with a hotel finance background to join our Finance team. We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Finance Assistant that will:

Ensure that standards are maintained at a superior level on a daily basis 
Taking ownership over General Cashier function 
Conduct monthly house bank audits, count and balance daily cash drops 
Taking ownership over Accounts Payable function : process invoices, prepare and process payment batches on a bi-weekly basis 
Monitor the issuance and compliance of Purchase Orders 
Deal with suppliers’ queries in a timely manner 
Perform Income Audit processes 
Perform and assist with Cost control duties 
Month end duties in the area of Accounts Payable, General Cashier, Income Audit 
Assist Director of Finance with month end processing 
Assist Director of Finance and hotel staff as needed 
Maintain a filing system for all statutory and finance-related documents 
Ad-hoc finance projects
