Assistant Manager, Goodman Mayfair

Goodman delivers the finest steaks in London, with beef dry-aged on site in our special ageing rooms. We work with suppliers from the UK, USA and beyond to carefully source the best quality beef.

We’re now looking for a charismatic Assistant Manager to join our flagship restaurant, Goodman Mayfair.

Ideally, you’ll be:
–        experienced in busy, high profile restaurants
–        a big foodie, with a genuine passion for the hospitality industry
–        a natural people person with personality and integrity
–        hands-on and can be relied upon during the day-to-day operation
–        a skilled communicator and can manage the team effectively
–        a demonstrated leader who can inspire, coach and develop talent
–        able to support the General Manager in achieving objectives and financial targets

We can offer:
–        Hourly Pay: OTE £18 – £20 per hour (inclusive of tronc).
–        Paid overtime.

Please note:
