    We are on the hunt for a passionate and motivated Chef de Partie to join our team at Sager + Wilde. Our fantastic Paradise Row venue has Diarmuid Goodwin as Head Chef + Dara Klein as Sous Chef at the helm of the ship. The restaurant has a strong focus on natural wines from around the world and Mediterranean-inspired cuisine using local and seasonal produce. We are an ideal employer for those who are passionate about great food, wine and hospitality.

    What we are looking for from you:

    • Passionate about food with a deep care for ingredients and produce
    • Prepare dishes to our high standards and in line with health and safety requirements.
    • Mise en place and workstation setup.
    • Assist the head chef with menu development and creation of new dishes
