We are currently seeking a Chef de Partie to join the team at Cora Pearl in Covent Garden. You will be part of a tight-knit and supportive brigade, responsible for the daily running of your section and accurately executing and presenting dishes to the highest standard. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented chef who wants to develop their career in a prime Central London restaurant.

Responsibilities include:

  • daily running of your section
  • Mise en place and workstation setup
  • accurately executing and presenting dishes to the highest standard

Our ideal candidate:

  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience at similar quality-focused establishments
  • Organised, reliable and motivated
  • Passionate about food, produce and seasonality
  • a desire to learn and a great work ethic
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A positive attitude and a strong team-player
  • Excellent spoken English and the legal right to live and work in the UK
