YOUR ROLE

You have two primary responsibilities: primarily managing and optimising the reservations system (SevenRooms) and hosting the door and running the book.
This is an office based role working Tuesday-Saturday daytimes and jumping in to host the door for lunch and dinner service a couple of times a week.
You’re the ambassador of our brand and values, creating the first impression for many of our new guests and maintaining the rapport with returning guests. This is more important than ever before as we’re re-building guests trust and confidence in restaurants. Slotting into our company culture is essential – providing responsive, warm and detailed hospitality at all times.
Based at The Palomar, this is a multi-site role where you will take a role in all aspects of reservations across the group, reporting to the Group Reservations Manager.
You will use your experience to ensure restaurant bookings are maximised. Fully booked that evening at The Palomar? We would love to have you join us at The Barbary! Guide our guests’ expectations around the group to boost cross-selling opportunities.
Assist the Group Reservations Manager to seamlessly run private hires, events and other special occasions.
