Noble Rot Lamb’s Conduit Street is recruiting for a CdP to join their team.

The menu is written by Executive Chef Stephen Harris (from The Sportsman, Seasalter) with Lamb’s Conduit Head Chef Myles Donaldson, while our wine lists range from deliciously undervalued wines by the glass to hard-to-find gems from the world’s leading winemakers. Noble Rot Lamb’s Conduit is ranked #28 in the Top 100 UK Restaurants, won the wine list award at the World Restaurant Awards 2019, Wine List Of The Year for 2018, 2017 & 2016 at the National Restaurant Awards, and 2016 Harden’s London Restaurant Awards.

Job Description

• As Chef de Partie you will be expected to take ownership of a specific kitchen section (assisting other chefs in their sections when required), ensuring smooth workflow, minimal wastage, determining portion size and examining the temperature, quality and appearance of the finished dish before it is served.
• You understand the importance of food hygiene regulations and will ensure that all food items are handled, cooked and served to company specification in accordance with the Food Safety manual, HACCP and EHO directives.
• You will act as a role model to junior members of the team, taking pride in passing on knowledge and supervising the chefs while maintaining the highest standards of service, hygiene, health and safety.
