Account Manager, CODE Hospitality
CODE is a community for the hospitality industry. Over the past seven years we’ve been working to reward, inspire, connect and educate, and have grown to serve a network of over 50,000 industry professionals. It all started with the CODE Bulletin – a weekly round-up of news and insight – and we now offer daily news and features at codehospitality.co.uk, produce a premium quarterly print magazine and run the CODE app: a unique rewards platform for hospitality staff.
We’re proud to work with a broad range of best-in-class operators across all of our platforms and we endeavour to champion the industry in everything we do. Over the past year we’ve published 100 most influential women in hospitality, 30 under 30, and Happiness in Hospitality, and have continued to share inspiring stories from the industry in the face the repeated closures and restrictions.
As hospitality reopens we are looking for a key player to join the team to help us restart and grow our CODE app offering. As an account manager you will play a vital role in building the network and brand of CODE, driving value to both our partners and our industry members.
The successful candidate will be highly adept at creating and maintaining effective partnerships with strong commercial outcomes. Whilst working alongside another account manager in the team, this role is specifically geared towards more bespoke relationships that don’t necessarily fit the normal structure of CODE app offers. It requires an ability to think about the bigger picture whilst not neglecting the finer details.
You’ll be an outgoing person that enjoys meeting people and representing CODE at industry events. And since we’re a small team, you must be willing to get stuck in to all parts of the business when needed.
