Following an extensive refurbishment, the Bull & Last reopens in February 2020 with the addition of 6 elegant Bed & Breakfast rooms.

We are recruiting all front of house and kitchen positions to join us in the next chapter of our journey as we go into the twelfth year of our stewardship at this historic London pub.

Having been awarded numerous accolades across the decade we are looking for passionate and dedicated hospitality professionals to drive the business forward following our relaunch. We are a small yet ambitious company who build strong relationships and pride ourselves on creating a welcoming and inclusive work environment where ideas and innovation are encouraged. Job Description:

Kitchen

With a brand-new kitchen installed for opening we are champing at the bit to get back to cooking the food that launched our success.

Everything on our menu is prepared in house, from bread, to parfait, to ice cream. We work with the UK’s finest farmers and fisherman and pride ourselves on the provenance of our produce.

Wherever you are on your cookery journey we have a role for you, from an entry level Demi CDP to junior Sous we are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic but most importantly the will to learn.

Front of House

Do you really understand the term ‘Hospitality’? It’s a word often used but little delivered upon. We believe in offering an exceptional welcome to everyone walking through the door. Whether a local and their dog in for a pint and scotch egg or a celebratory meal with the family, we aim to deliver friendly and knowledgeable yet informal service.

In line with our kitchen philosophy we only offer products we believe in. From London’s best brewers to Europe’s finest small-scale wine producers, we list producers that share our ethos and passion for sustainable production.

We are recruiting all front of house roles, including management and looking to hear from anyone with a passion for the industry, no matter your experience.
