Senior Events & Reservations Executive, Sager + Wilde
Sager + Wilde is made up of 3 fantastic wine bars/restaurants in East London. We are looking for a passionate and motivated Senior Events & Reservations Executive.
Our fantastic venues all have a strong focus on natural wines from around the world and Italian-inspired cuisine using local and seasonal produce.
The Sager + Wilde/Fare events programme is varied, ranging from wine tastings to weddings, and we are looking for the ideal candidate to come along and support our growing team. We are a great employer for those who are passionate about great food, wine and hospitality.
Key responsibilities:
- Answering phones and dealing with customer enquiries
- Converting enquiries to confirmed business
- Mailbox management
- Maintaining and updating reservation platforms (SevenRooms/DesignMyNight)
- Organising and building experiences across our venues
- Acting as an integral part of the events team aiding in logistical and administrative assistance
Essential requirements:
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer Literate (confident with Microsoft Office packages)
- Experience in the hospitality/service industry in a customer-facing role
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Previous sales experience in the same/similar role
- Creative and used to thinking outside the box
- Experience with DesignMyNight/Resy (Desired by not essential)
- A fun and charismatic individual with a passion for hospitality
