About Us:

The Light Bar Shoreditch is a seasonal bar and restaurant, in the heart of Shoreditch, set in an old power station that has become an iconic landmark building.

Whilst simple to the outside eye, the offering will be highly focused and executed to exacting standards by founders with over 30 years combined experience in hospitality. We are a boutique group with venues in London and Bali and always looking for talent to join us. Alongside our venues we produce events and have a string of clients spanning from Drake to Diesel.

From Executive Chef, Johnnie Collins, the food is simple modern British cooking, inspired by a passion for ingredients – either grown in his mother’s garden outside London, or sourced directly from small, local suppliers. We are committed to working as sustainably and ethically as we can, reducing our carbon footprint where we can.

The drinks will follow a similar theme – independent spirits, wines from small producers, soft drinks made using our own batch of ferments and cultures infused with homegrown ingredients.

Whilst we take our offering very seriously, the main aim is to create a busy yet relaxed atmosphere, breathing new life to this incredible space, all the while having lots of fun and making a bit of money.
