Trullo is a seasonal neighbourhood restaurant that opened in June 2010 championing local produce with an Italian focus. Just last year we have opened our shop next door serving all the things our guests love about Trullo for them to take home. We are offering seasonally focused, high quality food made daily by our chefs and bakers, from our sourdough bread and pasta to our seasonal meals and antipasti alongside a selection of our favourite Italian and British wines.

Job Description:

We are on the lookout for a talented Assistant Shop Manager to become part of the Management team at Trullo. It is a wonderful position for so many reasons and we would love to meet the right person and tell them why.

Our attention to detail at the Trullo Shop is similarly exacting, with high standards existing side by side with a relaxed, friendly approach.

The Ideal Candidate:

– Assume responsibility alongside the Shop Manager for all shop operations.

– Understand all financial duties to assist the Shop Manager in driving revenue and monitoring the cost of sale targets on a weekly basis.

– Have an eye for detail and understanding of all shop products.

– A desire to learn and develop within the company.
