Bar Manager, Cay Tre Soho

A well-established Vietnamese restaurant group with venues across London. Our sites specialise in both authentic Vietnamese cooking as well as Saigon Street food which is served up by our delis across the capital.

With 6 venues & 3 brands in total our main goal is to bring you the best in Vietnamese cooking using fresh local produce and authentic cooking techniques and recipes.

Our London venues are fast paced & buzzing, bringing the authenticity of Vietnam to London from Soho to Shoreditch.

We are now looking for a Bar Manager to join our Cay Tre Soho team.

The role will include:

– Supervising bar staff

– Provide service reports

– Communicating information to all staff including house targets

– Provide an excellent level of service

– Staff training

– Carry out cleaning duties and rotas

– Manage stock / rotation

– Serve customers

– Provide beverage advice

– Opening & closing paperwork

– Contribute to sales activities and assist in maximising revenue

– Create cocktails / Menu development

Required skills:

– Experience managing a bar

– Excellent command of the English language

– Knowledge of all beverages and cocktail making

– Well presented

– Able to lead a team

– Passion for the industry

– Able to work well under pressure

– Experience of stock control

– Organised
