A rare opportunity has arisen for a passionate and experienced Bar Manager to lead the opening of Soho’s newest late night haunt.

From the boys behind Kricket, this hideaway is located on Denman Street; Soho’s newest late night haunt is a stones throw from the famous Piccadilly Theatre and our flagship restaurant Kricket Soho. Expect an evening sipping some fine drinks among a team who will take care of you long into the night. Beautifully lit with a minimal approach, a fresh tale on the basement speakeasy. Launching in June 2021

Job Description:

The Bar Manager will be responsible for all day-to-day bar operations, training the team, taking part in menu development, dealing with stock and cost control. Service with soul is a must at the Kricket Group. The successful candidate is someone that understands and values the highest standards of service and is passionate about delivering consistently great experiences to our guests. Above all, the ideal candidate will have a natural interest for people and hospitality.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Prior experience as a Bar Manager in a similar venue.
  • Passion for beverage, hospitality and people is a must.
  • 
A charismatic and engaging personality, who understands our brand, team culture and most of all our customers.
  • The ability to exceed financial and business obligations through cost control and effective stock purchasing.
  • Demonstrate positive leadership qualities  – We aim to create an egoless culture with teamwork, inclusiveness and loyalty being the pillars of our brand.
