Borough Kitchen is looking for a seasoned leader with extensive experience for our newest location, Battersea Power Station, a landmark destination in London known for its design, culture, and culinary innovation.

Delivering dozens of hands-on classes every month, our Cook School is run by experienced chefs and culinary educators who specialise in everything from foundational skills, like knife techniques and pastry, to regional cuisines and advanced techniques. This unique integration of premium retail and immersive education enables us to offer a richer, more meaningful experience for customers and a more dynamic workplace for our teams.

At Battersea Power Station, you’ll manage one of our most exciting and visible locations, helping shape a flagship presence that embodies the best of what Borough Kitchen offers: expertise, inspiration, and a deep connection to the joy of cooking at home.

What You’ll Do 

• Lead & Inspire – Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team that reflects Borough Kitchen’s values: expertise, integrity, and a shared passion for food and hospitality
• Deliver Exceptional Experiences – Foster an environment where customers feel welcome, informed, and inspired, whether browsing cookware or attending a hands-on cooking class
• Drive Growth & Visibility – Champion our presence at Battersea Power Station by increasing customer engagement, enhancing brand awareness, and contributing to commercial success.
• Merchandise with Purpose – Maintain and present our curated product range to the highest standards, ensuring displays are both functional and aligned with our design-led aesthetic.
• Ensure Operational Excellence – Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, team scheduling, and store performance, with an eye for efficiency and detail.
• This role includes working on weekends and bank holidays as part of a shared schedule, helping to ensure smooth operations during key times for our business. Your contribution during these periods plays an important role in our overall success and team support.
