Restaurant Floor Manager, Flour & Grape

Flour & Grape, a vibrant and busy fresh pasta restaurant on trendy Bermondsey Street, is looking for a full time Restaurant Floor Manager.

Responsibilities include:

• Day to day running of the restaurant
• Opening and closing duties
• Preparing the restaurant for service
• Meet and greet customers
• Multi-tasking FOH sections
• Rota’s/Stock Taking/Weekly Ordering Procedures
• Training new staff members

What you need:

• Experience to a similar level
• Excellent communication skills
• Have a passion for hospitality, food & wine
• Remain calm in a fast-paced environment
• Manage customer concerns
• Provide excellent & consistent customer experience

45 hrs pw with 2 days off

28 days holiday a year
