We are a small independent British Restaurant & Public House, in Hackney Road.
Using only the freshest seasonal ingredients, personally sourced from local producers and farms, we love to and take pride to do everything in house: from cultured butter to cured meats!
Our focus is on minimal intervention wine, wild foraged cocktails and local craft beers. Our drink lists are carefully curated by our sommelier and constantly updated.
The Marksman became the first Public House in all of London to be awarded Michelin Pub of The Year.
We are looking for passionate and experienced Beverage Manager to join our team.
You’ll be in charge of the stock levels, training and building a drinks menu, working alongside the senior management as well as the chef-owners, to serve delicious foraged cocktails, natural wines and a selection of local craft beer to match the food that made us famous.
An eye for details and professional manners will be highly valued.
