Bartender, Kindred Hospitality Ltd.

We are seeking a Bartender or Mixologist to join the team at Kindred, a Members’ Club with a strong food and beverage element, a regular programme of live events, private hire offering and dedicated co-working space. Kindred resides in Grade II listed Bradmore House in Hammersmith and operates over three floors plus an outdoor courtyard. Working alongside the Founder and the rest of the team during Year 3 of Kindred’s journey provides an exciting opportunity to shape a growing business.

Role:
You will be working as part of the hospitality team and as a bartender staff you will be required to ensure every guest has an incredible experience at Kindred, from coffee and hot drinks in the morning, to cocktails and draught beers in the evening.
We have two cocktail bars in Kindred and depending on the day you will be working behind one of those and it sometimes may require you to take orders at tables using our portable till system and deliver drinks to tables.
We have a dynamic programme of events, including private events like weddings and birthday parties. Working at Kindred requires flexibility and creativity in being able to solve problems when they arise to make sure our customers have a wonderful experience.
Successful candidates will need to have flexibility regarding their work commitments, as we work long days and weeks, including late nights, and often open on bank holidays.
We will provide a week training behind the bar after successfully passing the trial shift.

Compensation:
£11/hour plus service charge, negotiable depending on experience.
