    Headed up by siblings Zoë & Layo Paskin, our group of intimate venues are threaded together by exceptional hospitality; whether sat up at the vibrant kitchen counter, sipping coffee in a sun-lit courtyard or slinking down the steps to the secret Michelin-starred restaurant under our Georgian public house, we create places where we want to go to.

    YOUR ROLE

    • You’re the ambassador of our brand and values, creating the crucial first impression for many of our new guests and maintaining the rapport with returning clientele. Slotting into our company culture is essential – providing responsive, warm and detailed hospitality at all times.
    • Primarily based at our central office in Camden, this is a Monday-Friday, multi-site role where you will take the lead in managing all aspects of reservations across the group and ensure that the doors of our restaurants are run to a unified high standard.
    • Lead the training of staff with our reservations system (Sevenrooms) to ensure that all staff, whether they be a host, manager or even director are able to utilise technology wherever and whenever possible.
    • You will use your commercial awareness and experience to ensure restaurant bookings are maximised and financial targets are achieved. Fully booked that evening at The Palomar? We would love to have you join us at The Barbary! Guide our guests’ expectations around the group to boost cross-selling opportunities.
    • Collaborate with the Head of Communications and senior management to develop business development opportunities and seamlessly run private hires, events and other special occasions.
