Waiter, Elystan Street

Elystan Street is a one Michelin starred restaurant by Phil Howard and Rebecca Mascarenhas. We are looking for a motivated, focused and  full of energy individual who will slot perfectly into our team. This is a full time position. The restaurant operates 7 days a week closing for dinner on Sunday evenings.

Our waitstaff greet guests with a smile, take food and beverage orders answering any questions on menu items and serve food and beverages in a relaxed professional environment.  Warmth towards guests is paramount so a welcoming personality is a must and teamwork is the name of the game.

We also have a private dining room so often we are required to look after guests with no supervision keep waters and wines topped up too.   This being a smaller company means you will have the opportunity to see all aspects of the restaurant and maybe experience in our sister restaurants too.
