Executive Chef, West London restaurant

We are a successful restaurant in West London that has been open for two years, a favoured local haunt and well awarded kitchen with a strong clientele. While not giving too much away, we are looking for a chef who can help us to continue to support our reputation while also bringing their own style and flair to our Kitchen.

We are looking for a chef who is currently at the top of their game and looking for a site to make their own mark, you could be a Head or Sous chef that is ready to take on their own kitchen.

An inspiring individual with optimism and positivity; you will have full control of the kitchen and menu, with support from the owner and front of house management team.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Someone who is passionate about seasonal, well sourced, high quality cuisine; not fussy overly edited plates.

• Who can bring positive momentum and have a natural charisma to extend warm hospitality to their colleagues.

• Has a proven ability to manage, train and grow a kitchen team.

• Be eager to build a menu and a kitchen that is the best in the area.
