Job Description:

. This role involves selling and managing corporate events. The person appointed will be responsible for maintaining the solid standing that we have established over the past seventeen years.

• A person with a minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in client interfacing and selling with …
• Ability to handle email and phone corporate enquiries and provide relevant information in a timely manner to these
• Ability to convert enquiries into bookings and to proactively sell corporate events and generate new leads
• Ability to ensure that the quality of service that has been developed over the past 17 years at Cookery School will be maintained
• A knowledge of updating of text on website to reflect any changes in the offering on corporate events
• A knowledge of computer programmes to check website bookings, prepare and print off recipe packs, to do all necessary invoicing and update payments to accounting system
• Competency to deliver against business objectives and targets
• Efficiency in supplying the kitchen with accurate and complete booking information in a timely fashion
• Responsibility for all aspects of day to day operations reporting directly to the Principal
• Ability to liaise and work with the rest of the team ie marketing and administration teams as well as the kitchen team
• Understanding sustainability issues
