As a Guest Experience Host/Hostess, you will be at the forefront of creating a warm and engaging atmosphere for our guests, ensuring their experience is seamless and unforgettable. - Outgoing and friendly personality that creates a fun and dynamic atmosphere.
- Outstanding communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience in a hospitality or guest-facing role, with a focus on premium services.
- Strong sales acumen, naturally driving results to achieve and exceed departmental sales goals.
- Ability to manage groups.
- Ability to deliver personalised service tailored to the needs of VIP guests.
- A passion for providing exceptional guest experiences and attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of cocktail and beverages.
- Flexibility to work 4 to 5 shifts per week.
- Availability for late-night shifts, with closing hours up to 3 am.
