At Marcella, our ethos is all about letting the ingredients shine. We like to prepare simple, but creative dishes, using the best products we can source, and we change our small menu every 2 weeks to make sure we’re taking advantage of the best ingredients available. We have a well equipped kitchen and plenty of space to work in.

We’re looking for someone with a strong level of experience to join our team, as a senior sous chef, with potential to move swiftly into a head chef role. The successful applicant will have at least 2 years experience in a similar environment, have a good level of skill in a range of techniques, and be able to work well in a small team.
