An exciting opportunity to be a part of the highly anticipated new opening from Isaac McHale, chef/owner of 2 Michelin star The Clove Club.
Leading the kitchen is Head Chef Erin Jackson Yates whilst Wilem Powell is overseeing the Front of House operation, both returning from two years leading prospective teams in some of Sydney’s best restaurants.
The menu will be produce driven, with simple, ingredient focussed cooking. This means working closely with some of the best suppliers in the country. Inspired by the provincial cooking of Spain and Southern France, both food and drink borrow heavily from these rich gastronomic cultures.
