About Natoora

We are a fast-growing company with a clear mission: to revolutionise the food system. With hubs in London, Paris, Milan, Barcelona, New York and Los Angeles we’re creating access to consciously-produced and grown food at a scale unparalleled by anyone else in the industry. Since 2004, we have been building a unique supply chain that connects chefs and home cooks alike to an ever-growing community of independent growers, farmers and producers.

Education of the consumer is at the core of our mission, with flavour the key to unlocking that knowledge. Once tasted, we can encourage home cooks to eat a wider variety of fruit & vegetables, and help them to understand the positive influence they can have over the food system as a whole.

About the job

There are thousands of food businesses out there. Joining Natoora means that you’re looking to be part of something bigger.

As Retail Manager you’ll be the face of a dynamic, committed movement that is driving real change at ground level. You will partner with senior retail managers to lead a profitable and customer-centric environment through the successful development of a team. Through our training programme, we’ll equip you with the tools and knowledge to become a leading campaigner in your own right, climbing a clear growth path with training modules covering Product, Customer Service and Store Operations.

At the core of that knowledge is a deep understanding and appreciation for our produce.
