We are looking to recruit a Chef de partie to join our team. This will be a great step for a young chef looking to get into their first Michelin starred kitchen.

The kitchen is run by Jake Leach, who was most recently Head Chef of the 2 Michelin starred restaurant “The Ledbury”. Jake is incredibly keen to push the quality of our food to the best it can be, whilst teaching our staff as much as he possibly can. We have a very large emphasis on cooking great meat in our restaurant and also pride ourselves on the fact that we rear our own, venison, ducks and iberico pork all through Brett Graham (Harwood Arms Owner). Most of our venison arrives as whole carcasses which gives everyone in our kitchen the opportunity to learn how to butcher and cook every part of the animal.

  • Be able to work in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Have excellent levels of food safety and hygiene

We are a small, dynamic and hardworking team, looking to create the highest quality, original British menus.

Job Type: Full-time – 8 shifts a week (3 doubles & 2 singles)

Salary: £10.75 per hour (around £35 000 per year)

We are a 7 day operation and can therefore be very flexible with our rota and can usually cater to any holiday or day off requests. There is also the option to work less or more shifts depending on your personal preference, currently we have several members of the kitchen who choose to work 7 shifts per week.
