About Us:

We are an independently owned, small and personable group of burger spots.

The company was started with a simple goal – do a few things and do them to the best of our ability, with quality and customer experience at the core of everything we do.

We currently have seven shops in London, one in Brighton and a handful of permanent pop ups operated with our partners; Swingers London and Pergola.

We’ve got to this point through the simple aims of – serving great food and having a team of people that care, that have bags of personality and that believe in giving 100% in whatever role they may have.

Job Description:

We’re searching for an experienced General Manager for our soon to be re-opening Liverpool Street shop.

Previous experience managing a large team in a fast paced environment is essential, and previous experience with a new open would be a bonus.

The usual management duties apply:

– Managing stock control
– Training, managing & motivating the team
– Daily financial & operational duties

However, the most important thing is making sure that our customers and the team are having the best experience possible and that we are constantly striving for perfect service.

Our managers are the ones who set the pace for energy and enthusiasm, and with a positive attitude leads from the front to create our dream teams.

This is a really exciting opportunity to be involved from the very beginning in what is going to be one of our best shops. Doors open in December, so we are looking for someone to start with us immediately.

The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for someone who has a strong work ethic and a stronger eye for detail, who thrives under pressure and shares the mantra that teamwork makes the dream work.

Our ideal person will have a solid financial and back of house understanding, using it to push the business forward while being the lead ambassador for our Company ethos.

Applicants will need to hold a valid EU working visa, and as communication is the key to what we do, applicants need to be able to speak fluent English. Please also note that holiday leave won’t be granted within the first 3 months.
