The Brackenbury Wine Rooms is the sister restaurant to The Kensington Wine Rooms, proudly serving quality food and drinks in West London since 2009, with a particular emphasis on wine and a selection of 50 wines served by the glass.

Job Description:

We are looking for a friendly, energetic professional with a genuine passion for leading a happy team in providing outstanding customer service.

The General Manager reports directly to the owners and is responsible for the operational running of the wine bar, wine shop, deli and restaurant.  The GM coordinates closely with the owners on the wine selection, with the Head Chef for all menus and with Accounts for the optimal management of stock and margins.

The General Manager is responsible for the recruitment, training and development of the FOH and BOH teams.

The GM has a key role in the growth of the business, and we believe that a commitment to providing customers with an amazing experience is key.
