The Prince Arthur E8 we are looking to expand our team and a position for a Chef de Partie has become available. Based in Hackney, London E8 the Prince Arthur is a 74 cover neighbourhood pub, working closely with the seasons offering a European, nose-to-tail influenced menu. As we are a small kitchen you will have the chance to learn a whole range of skills and techniques with everyone helping on all aspects of the menu. From whole animal butchery, fresh pasta, pastry skills and a lot more. We have a strong focus around producing as many products in the kitchen as possible.

We work with some of the UK’s best suppliers; Shrub Provisions, Fin & Flounder Belazu & Lake District Farmers to name a few.

The role:

45 hours a week
£33,930 salary plus service and bonuses

The venue is open Monday through to Sunday with the kitchen operating:

Dinner only Mon-Tuesday 6-10pm

Wednesday – Saturday Lunch & Dinner

Lunch: 12pm-2:30pm (Saturday 3:30pm)

Dinner: 6pm-10pm (5:30-10pm Saturday)

Sunday 12-7pm
