We are looking for a chef to run and enhance our Italian food offering. Only one or two evenings a week, daytime hours otherwise, no Sundays. Full time or Part time. The ideal candidate would be passionate about Italian regional dishes and have vision whilst understanding his audience. Salary depending on experience.
