Our tiny but very popular ice cream shop and natural wine bar needs a supervisor. You will work very closely with the management team who are co-running a wine bar across the road. The supervisor will be responsible for:
- Running shifts sometimes solo or as a team up to 3
- Support management in day-to-day operations like ordering wine
- Train new staff on order of service and product offering
- Maintain strict cleanliness and food hygiene standards
- Neighbourly relations in a highly residential area
- Write end of day reports for management
