General Manager, Gotto Trattoria & The Lock Inn

We are looking for someone with a minimum two years experience managing a restaurant as a general manager to join our independent hospitality group and run our two neighbouring venues with distinctive brands in Hackney Wick.

We have a neighbourhood trattoria and pizzeria, Gotto Trattoria, where we serve a daily-changing menu of hand-rolled pasta, seasonal Italian ingredients and pizza. And right next door we have The Lock Inn, a “traditional” pub in a modern setting, serving craft beers, quality wines and spirits.

Our perfect candidate will be passionate about the London food and drink scene, financially astute with experience in driving sales and meeting commercial targets and someone who understands the vibrant Hackney Wick community.

OTE – £35-£60k depending on experience and achieving results.
