As we expand, we’re looking for a talented Finance Manager to join us on a flexible, part-time basis.

The Role:
This is a part-time role (approximately 2 days per week) designed with flexibility in mind—perfect for someone seeking a balanced work-life schedule. You’ll be responsible for managing our financial operations, including bookkeeping, reporting, budgeting, and analysis. Your contributions will directly support strategic decision-making and help drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate bookkeeping records
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections
Provide financial analysis and insights to guide business strategy
Ensure compliance with UK accounting standards and tax regulations
Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and regulatory bodies as required
Collaborate with leadership to align financial strategy with business goals
Manage payroll across both businesses
Set up bank payments

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping (experience in a similar role is highly desirable)
Experience using Xero
Relevant qualifications (AAT, ACCA, or equivalent) are an advantage
Strong understanding of UK financial regulations and standards
Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy
