    Who are we?
    Founded in late 2018, we’re an independent, multi-generational members Club based in Hammersmith, West London with a focus on building in-real-life community and connection through tailored member introductions, our events programme, and community management.

    What we’re looking for…
    Based in our Grade II Listed Club space, we are looking for a friendly, highly organised, and pro-active Receptionist to join us as we look to grow our membership and develop our membership offering in 2022.

    Reporting into the Reception Manager, this role is predominately front desk based, with some member and guest facing activities. The hours are flexible across 6 days between 08:30 -00:30 (Monday – Saturday) with a half hour’s break (unpaid), with the occasional variation depending on business needs. There will also be regular member socials which you will be encouraged to attend.

    What you’ll be doing…
    • Welcoming and building genuine and positive relationships with our members and guests alike.
    • Managing the reception and cloakroom areas, ensuring high standards of organisation and cleanliness are maintained.
    • Managing the sign-in system.
    • Managing bookings, guest lists, turning tables, and assisting the hospitality team to make the member and guest experience as seamless as possible.
    • Answering queries on the phone including taking bookings and passing on information to other departments and team members.
    • Ad-hoc administration support where required by other departments.

    What do you need to have?
    • A minimum of 1+ years of reception or client facing administration experience in either members Club, hospitality or a membership organization preferred, but other relevant experience will be considered.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Fluency in English is essential for this role.
    • A friendly and welcoming personality to ensure a brilliant first impression for guests visiting Kindred.
    • Proactive and collaborative, able to take your own initiative using your experience, knowledge, and creativity to go above and beyond to make this business a success.
    • Able to work effectively with your colleagues and with collaborators to promote the goals of the business.
    • An interest and passion for all things hospitality!
