We are looking for a young a talented Head Chef for our new bar and restaurant in Kensington High Street. Opening late May/early June 2021

Job Description:
You would work directly alongside the owner and be responsible in developing the menu and running the kitchen including all staff rotas, health and safety regs etc. Wood burning oven on site, to be used for flat breads, pizzette, and roasting. Most of the menu will be highly crafted small plates and sharing items. We are looking for spectacular dishes which would significantly elevate the food offering in the area. We are slow food certified and highly value working with quality produce and serious people.
The Ideal Candidate:
This position would suit either an established chef or a hardworking and talented sous chef who is hungry for a step up in their career for a Head Chef position.
