About Us:

Wild By Tart is a neighbourhood restaurant founded by Lucy Carr-Ellison and Jemima Jones of Tart London. The 9,000 sq. ft. space is located in Belgravia, West London and consists of a bar, deli, retail offering, events space and photography studio. The food focuses on wholesome, farm-to-fork dishes made using high quality, local and seasonal ingredients, elevated with combinations of spices, flavours and textures.

Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity that will involve working collaboratively with co-founders Lucy and Jemima, both creatively and practically to deliver menus that work across all areas (restaurant, deli and events) while ensuring consistency and quality are maintained.

The role involves running all aspects of the kitchen, from recruiting, training, leading and developing the kitchen team, to managing and understanding food costs, stock control, profit and waste margins and supplier management, as well as creating a strong relationship with the front of house team to ensure they remain informed and excited about the menu.

  • Positive attitude – with motivation and enthusiasm that carries through to the team and restaurant as a whole.
  • A strong leader – the happiness of our staff is important to us and staff development goes hand in hand with maintaining an organised, focused and dedicated kitchen team.
