About Us:

Headed up by siblings Zoë & Layo Paskin, our group of intimate venues are threaded together by exceptional hospitality; whether sat up at the kitchen bar, in a historic courtyard or the secret basement of an 18th Century public house, we create places where we would want to go.

Over the last 6 years, we have received numerous awards for what we do and work hard to remain unique and contemporary whilst we grow. We look to work with people that share our ambition and passion for this unique industry.

Job Description:

As our Head of Communications, you have a complete understanding what makes us who we are; you are the frontline ambassador of everything that we do. Developing high-level strategy with Layo, you increase the reach and impact of our venues’ profiles through delivery of influential Social, Digital Marketing and PR utilising the Communication Assistant’s skillset and working closely with onsite management teams.

With a finger on the pulse of the London restaurant and hospitality scene, you think proactively about how to develop our aspect to remain competitive to both the public and wider industry. To achieve this, you use a combination of high emotional intelligence, imagination, ambition and critical thinking skills complementing a warm, hardworking and hands-on approach; and beyond this, you implement lateral thinking to consider how diverse, broader companies from other industries develop strategy.

The Ideal Candidate:

Notable experience in a comparable role working for a high-end hospitality company, or other luxury industry, is essential – of particular importance is skill and experience with social media and digital marketing.

We are a small central team, and a shared personality fit is key – a love of hospitality, food and events are good, having eaten at our restaurants and with a good idea of our identity is great.
