Responsibilities & Duties of post holder:
To lead the kitchen in service, prep, ordering and menu development. This will be working within the Top Cuvée food ethos, with inspiration is taken from the ‘classics’ of French and Mediterranean cuisine, using seasonal produce. to provide accurate costings, and record weekly GP calculations, within the BoH systems provided.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years kitchen experience.
- Training in the culinary arts, formal and on-the-job!
- Softer skills including creative flair, flexibility, commitment, strong communication skills, organisational skills, team mentality, leadership skills.
- Food Safety Level 3
- Coshh Trained
