The Lord Poulett Arms (part of the Beckford Group) are seeking a creative and dynamic Head Chef to lead and inspire their brigade. This beautiful and stylish pub with rooms, has a great reputation for fantastic food made with the best of local produce – fish landed daily on the south coast (35 minutes away) and meat and game from local farms.

Tucked away in the picturesque village of Hinton St George, the pub has become the centre of many activities in this supportive and vibrant village.

This is an opportunity for a Senior Sous or Head Chef to carve out a reputation at a well reviewed pub (The Telegraph & The Guardian) and is a chance to grow within a successful, friendly & independent hospitality group which encourages your development of a seasonal menu in partnership with local suppliers.

As a Beckford Head Chef you will not only be part of the local community but also our growing portfolio of pubs, inns and restaurants – with new openings planned in the immediate future. In addition you will also have the support network of other Head Chefs within the group.
