    VORI is Holland Park’s modern Greek taverna, indulging our locals with our soulful Greek cooking and unique Greek wines.

    We love cooking over coals with high quality fresh seasonal ingredients & produce.

    Our seasonal all-day menus showcase the elegance, simplicity and flavour of ingredient-led dishes cooked over coals.

    As we are growing we are looking for two talented and ambitious CDPs to join our team and cook with us.

    What to expect:

    • 45-48 hrs per week
    • £35,500-£38,000 inclusive of tronc.
    • Bi-weekly rotas, so you can plan your life well in ad
    • Monday’s are always off as we are closed.

    The Role

    As a Chef de Partie you will work across all sections of the kitchen.

    We love working with calm team-players, that are passionate for cooking simple dishes, deliver great flavours and are committed to excellent service.

    You will have a minimum of two years’ experience as a Chef de Partie in a quality independent ingredient-led restaurant with all-around experience across all sections.

    Knowledge of Greek cuisine is a bonus.

    You have a positive, can-do attitude, attention to detail, strong organisational skills and you are effective in both your communication and presence in the kitchen.

    Most importantly you  simply love cooking great food with great ingredients!
