Friends of Ours is a brunch restaurant in Hoxton. We serve Australian inspired dishes, using fresh, seasonal produce at all times on our menu. Alongside our food we offer a wide range of coffee, cocktails, natural wines, soft drinks & teas. Currently we are open daytimes only, although we are looking to explore evening openings.

Your Position

We are looking to recruit a Restaurant Manager who can be responsible for all front-of-house operations. The role would be best suited to someone who sees their career in hospitality, and who can lead and motivate others. You will be given a wide range of tasks, and will be given the autonomy to put your stamp on the role. There is the chance for you to become involved with:

• drinks creation
• food menu choices
• weekend specials
• supplier selection
• social media content
• amongst many other exciting tasks.

The role requires someone that loves serving and interacting with customers. This role is a key hire for Friends of Ours, and will give that person the chance to grow with the business and help us open more locations.

Your Ideal Experience

• Have worked as an assistant manager, or led a front-of-house team
• Be passionate about brunch, coffee & natural wines
• Have a strong work ethic and be driven to constantly improve
• Track record of work in busy hospitality venues
